Stephanie Kolp’s new job keeps her in Florida, but she’s moving up to a Top 25 market in the process. Kolp currently works as a reporter for WBBH, the NBC affiliate in Ft. Myers.

As of next month, though, she’ll be working in Orlando for WESH-TV.

Hal Boedeker at the Orlando Sentinel reports Kolp should start June 21, according to WESH news director Bob Longo.

From the article:

“Stephanie is a strong story teller and is exceptional at covering live, breaking news situations — which means she will fit right in here in our always-changing news landscape,” Longo said in a memo obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.

Kolp has also worked in Lansing, Mich., at WLNS.

Congratulations, Stephanie!
